AED Inspection Tags (5 Pack)

These high quality 'AED Check™' tags are constructed of a weather resistant plastic, not paper. Each tag offers a reminder of the four key AED check components applicable for all defibrillators. The special tag surface allows you to easily record daily, weekly, or monthly status checks of your AED.

A high quality brass grommet is standard on all tags for durability. Reverse side of tag is a continuation of the front checklist (not shown).

Now improved! Each Check Tag now has space to record the AED's Serial Number, Model Number, Electrode Expiration Date, and Battery Installation Date. This Resale version does not include our web address at the bottom of the tag.
