Instructor Reschedule Fee

Use this item to pay your Reschedule Fee. The full Reschedule, Cancellation, and Tardy Policy can be found on our website - it was also provided to you upon registration and again as a reminder the day before your class.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

We understand that life happens. However, our classes typically fill to capacity. We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to miss a class or fail to complete the online work on time. If you want to reschedule and you provide at least 48 hours notice, we can transfer you to a future date (one time) with no fee. If you need to reschedule and you provide less than 48 hours notice, you can do so for a $30 Reschedule Fee. If you start the online coursework for a Blended Learning class and reschedule, you will have to restart your online work unless you can provide the completion certificate prior to the reschedule.

Instructor Development courses incur a $150 Reschedule Fee when rescheduled with less than 7 days notice (keep in mind that Instructor courses are offered infrequently). Instructor Development courses must provide 7 days notice to reschedule with no fee.
